  2. Navigate to the “Payment Report” section in the main menu.

  5. Click “Search”. Your current pension status and e-KYC validity date will be displayed on the screen.

Process to Complete e-KYC (Life Certificate)

The e-KYC process requires biometric authentication (fingerprint or iris scan) and cannot be done entirely from a personal mobile phone without a biometric device. Beneficiaries must visit one of the following locations:

  • Common Service Center (CSC): Visit your nearest CSC (Vasudha Kendra) with your Aadhaar card. The operator will perform the biometric scan. A nominal fee (approx. ₹5 – ₹15) may apply.
  • Block Office: Visit the Social Welfare counter at your local Block Development Office. This service is typically free of charge.

Note: If your pension has been stopped due to non-verification, it will resume automatically in the next payment cycle once the e-KYC is successfully updated on the portal.
